Tanja Stelzer
Born in 1970, she studied German and political science in Frankfurt am Main and Paris. She graduated from the German School of Journalism in Munich. She has been with ZEIT since 2006, initially at ZEITmagazin. From 2013 to 2021, she headed the dossier department together with Wolfgang Uchatius, then was responsible for cover stories, and has been a reporter since 2024. Her awards include the Reporter Prize and the Egon Erwin Kisch Prize.
