Anna Sauerbrey
Anna Sauerbrey has been coordinating “ZEIT’s” foreign policy reporting in the politics department since 2022 and writes about international politics. For many years she has been making reporting and study trips to the USA. Among other things, she was a guest journalist at the Philadelphia Inquirer as an Arthur F. Burns Fellow, researched the political influence of evangelicals for several weeks with the support of the American Council on Germany, and was a John F. Kennedy Memorial Fellow at the Center for European Studies at Harvard University. Before joining “ZEIT”, she was a member of the editorial board of the “Tagesspiegel”. Her book “Change of power. How a new generation of politicians is changing the country” was published in 2022.
