Nathalie Tocci
Nathalie Tocci is an Italian political scientist and director of the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) in Rome. She has advised EU High Representatives Federica Mogherini and Josep Borrell, contributing to the drafting of the EU Global Strategy. Tocci is also an honorary professor at the University of Tübingen and a frequent commentator for Politico Europe, La Stampa, and The Guardian.
