Armando Montenegro
Armando Montenegro is a journalist at the Colombian daily El Espectador. Previously, he was director of the National Planning Department, president of the National Association of Financial Institutions (ANIF), and alternate director at the World Bank. Montenegro holds a PhD in economics from New York University.
