Sybille Anderl
Sibylle Anderl has headed the WISSEN department of ZEIT since January 2024. She studied physics and philosophy in Berlin and then received her doctorate in astrophysics in Bonn. She then spent several years researching star formation in Grenoble before moving to the arts section of the “FAZ” as an editor in 2017. In 2021, she was appointed head of the science department there. Sibylle Anderl hosts the monthly magazine “Space Night Science” on ARD-alpha, is editor of the cultural magazine “Kursbuch” and author of various non-fiction books. She has received several awards for her journalistic achievements.
