Ned is a PhD researcher at the Digital Media Research Centre (DMRC) and the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society (ADM+S) at Australia’s Queensland University of Technology. Ned’s research focuses on how cultures and practices of independent fact checking are being reshaped around Generative AI technologies.
