Mikhail Rubin has worked as a Kremlin pool reporter for the popular print and web-media outlets Izvestia and RBC. He has also worked as a TV-journalist with Rain, before becoming the deputy editor-in-chief of Proekt, an independent Russian-language outlet specializing in investigative journalism.
