Daria Kozyreva
Darya Kozyreva is one of the youngest political prisoners in Russia. On February 24, 2024, 18-year-old Daria Kozyreva placed a quote from her poem “Testament” on the monument to the Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko. This became the reason for initiating a criminal case for repeated “discrediting the army.” Kozyreva faces up to five years in prison.
