Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso Transeuropa (OBCT) is an Italian study center and online news source that was founded in 2000. OBCT is specialized in south-eastern Europe, Turkey, eastern Europe and the Caucasus, focusing on EU policies and media freedom, civil society, and cohesion policies.
