With the release of their first album in 35 years last February, Bristol’s best ever post-punkers The Pop Group prove once again that the most pop thing about them is their name.
Because Citizen Zombie, the quartet’s third album, seems to be a glorious mix of all the sounds that ever hit their ears and could almost even redefine today’s post-punk.
