(Reuters) Oslo — Court-appointed psychiatrists have concluded that Norwegian mass killer Anders Behring Breivik is criminally insane, tabloid VG reported on its website on Tuesday, and could be committed to a psychiatric institution indefinitely rather than face a jail term.
