What happens when you mix a bunch of wannabe rock stars, a brand new music shop with probably the world’s best instruments and amps, and a lack of music cabins or headphones? The hilarious video below.
It was taken at the new Guitar Center in New York’s Times Square that opened earlier in August, and might just be the worst jam session ever recorded in history. Along with one drummer equipped with a cowbell, what sounds like 1,000 guitarists from hell are just shredding those strings without the slightest regard to any sort of sound coherence.
Of course we might be wrong and this is an avant-garde experimental performance taking place in this 28,000 square-foot noise factory, but the battle for the guitar-hero title seems fierce. Although that chap next to the orange amp at 00:14 is clearly the most badass.
