Kirsten Küppers lives as a freelance author in Berlin. In 2011, she was awarded the Theodor Wolff Prize. She was a reporter for the “taz” newspaper. She studied politics at the Free University of Berlin and wrote the book “Kleine Beile” (Little Hatchets) (Verbrecher Verlag).
