(BBC NEWS) Oslo – Defence lawyers went to Breivik’s prison on the outskirts of the capital, Oslo, to present their client with the charges on Wednesday morning.
The charges are now being announced at a news conference.
Breivik is due to go on trial on 16 April, whether or not he is regarded as sane.
