(ABS-CBN NEWS) MANILA – The fatalities were identified as Barangay Captain Rolando Tabuada, Remy Jacolino, Sabadidas Avelino, and Police Officer 3 Jerome Jacolino.
Wounded were Rio Jacolino, Richard Jacolino, Archie Degoma, and Sonia Apostol.
Witnesses said Tabuada confronted PO3 Jacolino for drinking inside the covered gym of Barangay Tacas Jaro with his relatives and friends where a Bikini Open contest was being held.
