LONDON - The annual list of the world's 50 best restaurants is out... and the Internet is officially HUNGRY!
Spain's El Celler De Can Roca in Girona beat out Noma in Copenhagen, which had taken home the top spot for the previous three years.
The list is organized by Britain's Restaurant magazine, with the rankings gathered from more than 900 dining experts from around the world. By requiring that jurors use at least three of their seven votes on restaurants outside their own regions, the organization helps ensure a certain geographic diversity.
The full list of winners is available here, but for a different taste, sample our mapped version of the Top 25. Bon appetit...et bon voyage!
