Megaupload founder Kim Dotcom denied bail
A New Zealand court refuses bail appeal by the accused Internet pirate. The lawyer for Kim Dotcom says his client was "very disappointed" by the decision.

(TVNZ) Auckland - Paul Davison, the lawyer for accused Internet pirate Kim Dotcom, said the notion that his client would have tried to flee the country if granted bail are a "flight of fancy".
He has made a home for himself and his family here in New Zealand," said Davison.
