After being the source of much mockery, Romanian reporter Adrian Boioglu wants to set the record straight. During a live weather report from Constanta on the country's Black Sea coast, the roving news reporter from the Realitatea news channel appeared to get caught red-handed as he was attempting to recreate a sandstorm, the Romanian website Pagina de media reported.
Watch the video below to see what looks like an assistant kicking the sand up. Boioglu contacted Worldcrunch by email to say that the person kicking sand was the cameraman from another TV Station.
The video has gone viral in Romania, and according to Pagina de media, "will go down in the history of Romanian TV goofs."
